We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt so that the buyer may try the item for fit only. Original shipping is non-refundable. Sorry, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us and we will gladly accommodate you if the order has not previously shipped. We respond to email once daily M-F. Please allow 24 hour turn-around time for email responses. A cancellation fee of 3.49% and 0.49 per order applies.

Please try on the undergarment for fit only. A 50% restocking fee applies to any item not returned in the same brand-new original condition as received, along with original packaging that includes the UPC.

Any evidence of wear or mishandling such as, but not limited to, deodorant, perfume, perspiration, smoke odors, pet hairs, machine or hand washing, etc. will void the return policy. Items must be returned unworn and suitable for donation.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt or a 25% restocking fee will apply. A 10% restocking fee applies to any item with a broken seal. Refunds will be issued within 2-6 business days of receipt.

Any free USA shipping offer does not apply to items that are returned. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the total refund for domestic orders.

Partial returns will have any original free USA shipping deducted based on the percentage of items returned.

We suggest shipping items using the most cost-effective method which is USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
