The handful of bad review shown there have come from "buyers" returning used product and who go there to retaliate if we do not give in to their unfair demands of a full refund after using the underwear product. We are not a rental company. No one should be returning used underwear product, ever. We refuse to give undue refunds even at the threat of unfair feedback in retaliation. This website, Resellerratings.com, charges honest sellers like us money for the privilege of simply defending against these false accusations. We have brand-new, sealed-in-the-package garments that are Overstock and are sold at a fraction of retail cost. They are sold with free shipping and a buyer is allowed to return any item in the same new condition as received. Please feel free to open and try the item for fit. Please measure for best results. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We have been selling this product for 17 years, here and on eBay, and have no reason to ever improperly refund anyone. Again, any bad reviews shown on this unfair website, Resellerratings.com, are a trickle compared to the tens of thousands of items we have sold in 17 years to as many happy buyers. The few bad reviews at Resellerratings.com, are all from buyers attempting to take advantage of us by using the underwear before return. They are unfair reviews and we will not be forced to pay Resellerratings.com to defend ourselves. Nobody is running to Resellerratings.com to leave a good review and this "company" is fully aware of this fact. We hope anyone who see this and who has purchased from us will also leave a FAIR review at Resellerratings.com. Of course, it is free for buyers to use and it should also be so for a small family owned company like ours. This company has hurt our sales without merit and frankly, they should not be allowed to be in business in our opinion. Their actions do a disservice to those who are considering purchasing from us and from enjoying our great deals and excellent customer service.
